The Hydroflyer
In this role, I undertook diverse responsibilities including content creation for their TikTok account, maintenance of the Shopify store, and managing parts shipment. Throughout the journey, I've structured the content creation approach into four distinct phases, mirroring the evolution of the company's maturity. Below, I'll illustrate these stages with video reels, beginning with our latest endeavors.
The Hydroflyer Cruiser
I crafted and edited the video content utilizing recordings provided by the vehicle user, Jerry McArthur, and trending royalty-free music. My aim was to capture the essence of a lightweight yet robust and steady vehicle, designed to cater to both novice and experienced riders, promising an exhilarating and enjoyable experience on every ride.
The Hydroflyer Sport Pre-Release
Continuing under the same arrangement as previous videos, and taking into account the Hydroflyer Sport's smaller build and its emphasis on a more aggressive riding style, these videos were crafted to capture this dynamic essence while also highlighting its forgiving nature for novice riders.
How to Ride
Recognizing The Hydroflyer's position within a completely new vehicle category, we identified the necessity of educating our audience on the fundamentals of riding it. This became especially crucial following feedback from our audience, whose expectations didn't align with the actual riding experience. Our aim was twofold: to bridge this gap for current users and to persuade potential buyers of its status as the premier entry-level personal watercraft on the market.
The Hydroflyer Pre-Release Hype
During the prototype and pre-production stages of The Hydroflyer, these videos were developed to captivate our audience's attention. Through attention-grabbing scripts and captivating sounds, the goal was to cultivate an engaged audience while simultaneously gathering valuable feedback from them.
Shopify Store Maintanance
Drawing upon my expertise in customizing Shopify stores, I undertook the responsibility of updating information, standardizing images, and tailoring graphic elements to enhance the overall presentation.
